Prov 9 |
Islay / South Shore |
It carries a big, pungent, peaty, typically Islay nose full of salt, tar & peat - all softened by a sweet fruitiness from the Sherry wood. The palate is sweet initially followed by a dry peatiness, smacking of the beach. The finish replicates all these features with old smoky leather.
