35-YEAR-OLD RARE SCOTCH WHISKY The color of this whisky is that of deep, rich, Honduran mahogany with orange gold highlights, attesting to its long maturation. Upon visual examination of the whisky against the light, one notices the appearance of long legs on the glass, the first sign of a great whisky. The nose is exceptional; bursting with sherry, almonds, baking chocolate, and butter. Well rounded with intense depth. The body is full, soft and rounded. Its taste is wonderful -- sherry, oak, butterscotch, raisins, and dark chocolate. The finish starts sweet, and then goes dry, long, smooth and satisfying. |

~SOLD OUT, NEW BATCH IN PRODUCTION~ One glance at this whiskey reveals its deep rich mahogany color, resulting from a lengthy maturation of 15 years. Its vibrant gold highlights are carefully brought out during small-batch production. The nose is of vanilla, charred oak, baking chocolate and honey. The body is big firm with ample oils coating the tongue and lips. It exhibits flavors of honey and brown sugar then moves to a spicy dryness! The finish is beautifully rounded, slightly sweet, and lingers appetizingly on the tongue.

~SOLD OUT, NEW BATCH IN PRODUCTION~ The color of this whiskey is dark gold with bronze highlights, which we can attribute to the unusually long aging period of 21 years. Its nose is almondy with a touch of figs, molasses, and spice, very complex. The body is extraordinarily smooth; firm and poignant. The palate is long and sweet with hints of dark chocolate, maple and figs. Its finish is smooth, yet lively, dry, and satisfying with fudge-like intensity. |
